Gather round the cauldron, lovelies! This week I talk about fear. That creeping, sometimes screaming voice that can stop a good plan dead in its tracks is also the thing that helps keep us alive. What do we do about it? I can’t say for sure, but I’ve got some good ideas!

Gather round the cauldron, lovelies! I've got a bit of a late one for you, but it's a good one. How often have you found yourself feeling lonely, or invisible, or unappreciated? I reckon all of us are familiar with this feeling. In this episode I talk about how finding your way back to your truth, and embodying that in the world, can lead to a greater sense of being seen. After all, how can we be seen, when we keep ourselves hidden even from our own eyes?

Gather round the cauldron, lovelies! This week’s episode finishes up the exploration we started last week around storylines and programming. I look at differentiating between what you’re projecting onto someone else and what is truly problematic behavior, moving forward with clearer vision, and saying those two difficult words—I’m sorry. I hope you’ll join me!

Gather round the cauldron, lovelies! In this episode I talk about stories. Namely, the ones our brains like to kick into high gear when we get emotionally triggered. You know the kind, the one that says we're worthless, or helpless, or unlovable. The lying kind. In part one I'll look at recognizing when a storyline has been triggered, and how to get some space so emotions can settle, and we can think more clearly.

Gather round for another episode of Squeaky's Cauldron! This week I talk about help. Not giving, as so many of us are used to, but asking for and receiving help from others. This has been and continues to be a hugely challenging practice for me, and I explore some of the reasons behind that, as well as some ways we can gently begin to reach out, ask for what we need, and allow ourselves to receive it.

The first episode of Squeaky's Cauldron! A podcast exploring witchcraft, womanhood, the wild west of emerging Christianity, and whatever else catches my fancy. In this episode I talk about casting spells, the power of words, and prayer as spellwork. Thanks for coming!
